I documented the house during and after my residency, including the slow, labor-intensive process of its deconstruction by a single man.
The series, shown in part here, traces a re-ordering of the material and spatial context, the process of re-assimilation of the house site with its ecological context, the erasure of the home and its domestic history, and the mingling of wildness and structure revealed through the performance of dismantling the architecture.
